Dear Al,

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and gratitude

for the new vinyls and clips for my shower door.  The crew also made some

adjustments to the door.  The door is as good as new after over 10 years of daily use.

It is perfect and I hope it will be so for another 10 years!  

As a special favor, your crew also cut 3 tiles for a refurbisment project in the

same bathroom.  They were very nice to do this as well.

Thanks again for standing behind your product.  If only the other areas of 

my master bath were as high quality as your shower door.  I find it amazing that 

other than a few clips and some new vinyls that with only a minor adjustment,

my shower door looks as good as the day it was installed

Great product and great service with a decade of reliability.
