Tracie in the office was fantastic! Al who came to measure was great also. He saved me from making a terrible mistake that my decorator recommended.  I was going to get 3/8 inch glass like the decorator suggested. When Al came to measure he said, no way,  we are doing 1 (1/2″ glass) inch glass.  I said ok that sounds better. Less than two weeks later, the carefully inspected glass panels were installed by Derek and Jeremy.  They were courteous, careful and very clean. When they had to drill  for the mounting inserts they always had the industrial vacuum cleaner to suck of debris and dust. The frameless shower door looks awesome! They also explained how to care for the glass and offer a 2 year warranty on parts and labor. The cost was a bit more pricey than other companies that do this type of install, but trust me, it is worth the price! Cleaning my shower is so much easier now than with my old track system.  I want to reiterate that I would have been very upset and LIVID  with my decorator if 3/8 inch glass had been chosen. In time the thinner glass tends to bow and the thin glass would have looked cheap after all I had gone through in cost and time to remodel my master bath.  Thank you Al, for telling me to go with the one inch glass (1/2″ glass).  It is the centerpiece of my master bathroom!
