Mr. Bruch,

Derek and Ken came today to see if they could reattach our GPI shower door to its hinge.  Derek didn’t have spreading pliers but he improvised and after some trial and error figured it out.  He fixed the door hinge, rehung the door, and replaced the 21 year old broken sweep. I was surprised when Derek’s resourcefulness and patience paid off.  Ken supported him explaining that it is unusual for him to go on call but he had some excellent ideas also.  When it was finished, we all rejoiced.

Ed Woody was right.  He said if anyone could fix our shower door, ShowerDoor King could.  Everyone we interacted with at your company (Tracy, Derek and Ken) were lovely. Your employees represent your company extremely well. When they arrived I thought, “Oh, they are so young,” but they delivered!

We will keep ShowerDoor King in mind for future work.  Thank you so much,
