A University of Maryland graduate with over 20 years of experience in the glass and construction industry, she played a key role in helping the founder grow ShowerDoorKing before acquiring the business in 2019. Tracey believes every project should be handled with a customer-first approach, ensuring clear communication, expert guidance, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
Christopher Reynolds - Operations & Business Development
Christopher leads business development, marketing, and strategic growth at ShowerDoorKing. With a focus on modern systems, branding, and client experience, Christopher helps bridge traditional craftsmanship with forward-thinking processes.
He works closely with homeowners, builders, and contractors to ensure every project runs smoothly from initial consultation & design, to final installation, while continually improving the company’s technology, operations, and long-term vision.

Thomas brings decades of hands-on construction expertise to ShowerDoorKing. Originally from Boston, Thomas has a diverse background that includes service in the U.S. Air Force, custom cabinetry, home building, and general contracting. His deep understanding of structural design and building makes him a true expert in glass design and engineering.
Known for tackling complex projects with confidence and precision, Thomas approaches projects with a builder’s mindset - focusing on durability and functionality. No space is too challenging; if there’s a solution, Tom will find it.
