Common questions
What do you need from me to quote a project?
Plans and elevations are ideal. A scope sheet, a set of photos from a walkthrough, or rough dimensions will also get you a number. Send what you have and we will tell you if we need more.
When in the schedule should the glass be measured?
After the tile, waterproofing and any curb or bench are finished, and after the walls are in their final state. We will tell you the window we need and hold it. For larger, more complex projects, a pre-site visit for a walkthrough is always recommended.
Do you work on new construction, or only remodels?
Both. Custom homes, gut renovations, additions and straightforward bathroom remodels. The process is the same; new construction just gives us more notice.
Can you handle multi-unit and larger residential developments?
Yes. We have the capacity for multi-unit residential and large-scale projects.
Are you set up on BuildingConnected and Procore?
We are familiar with both and can work in whichever system your team already uses, so you can invite us to bid and keep documents and schedule where they belong.
What happens if my schedule slips?
It usually does. Tell us as early as you can and we re-sequence.
Who handles service calls after the homeowner moves in?
We do. Our warranty and service go with the glass, so a call about a door six months after handover comes to us and not back to you.
