Terms & Conditions

The terms our quotes, deposits, lead times and installations run on.

Last updated October 2026.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown anywhere on this website, including any ranges in our guides, are there to help you plan. They are not a quote and not an offer.

A quote is the written one we send you for your own project. It is based on the glass, hardware and scope described in it, and is valid for the period it states.

Final dimensions come from a field measurement taken at your property once the surfaces the glass meets are finished. A quote given before that measurement is an estimate and may change once we have measured.

Shop drawings and approval

Before anything is made we send you a shop drawing. Approving it means the layout, dimensions, glass and hardware on that drawing are what you want.

Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled or altered after it is made. Once your approved drawing goes into production, a change means new glass.

Deposit and payment

Our deposit is typically 40%, due after you approve the final shop drawings. The deposit is what moves your glass into production.

The balance, plus any glass or hardware upgrades you selected, is due when installation is complete.

Lead times

Our usual lead time is 7 to 10 days from final approval to installation, depending on order volume at the time. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and production starts once the deposit is received.

Site conditions

We need safe access to the bathroom and a route into it that a large piece of glass can physically travel. Tell us about stairs, tight turns, parking restrictions or building access rules before installation day.

Custom glass is cut to the opening you have. It cannot correct walls that are out of plumb, a curb that is out of level, or other construction issues. Where something on site prevents a proper installation we will tell you what it is and what needs to happen.

After installation

Leave the shower door untouched and unused for 48 hours while the silicone cures. Mirrors need 7 to 10 days untouched for the adhesive to cure. We leave a notice on site with both.

Damage caused by using an installation before it has cured is not covered.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is included with our work, and the terms that apply to your project are provided with it. Warranty work covers our materials and our installation. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by building movement or by work done by others.

We primarily service enclosures we installed ourselves.

This website

We keep this website accurate, but product specifications, finishes and availability change. Nothing here is a promise that a particular product or finish is available for your project. Confirm it with us when you are quoted.

Photographs show our completed work. Glass, tile, lighting and hardware vary from one project to another, and a photograph is not a guarantee of how yours will look.
